Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of provision of services, examining complaints, pursuing claims related to the contract, debt collection, performance of tax and accounting obligations.
We transfer the personal data obtained by us to other entities for processing, in particular: entities conducting postal or courier activities, banks in the event of any settlements required, state authorities or other entities authorised pursuant to legal provisions, in order to perform our obligations (for example: Tax Office, PIP, ZUS, Zakopane City Hall), entities who act on our behalf, in particular suppliers of external systems supporting our activities (computer systems, hosting) and entities providing accounting, HR and legal services.

The basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 Clause.1 lit. b), c) and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws. EU. L. of 2016 No. 119, page 1).

If you do not provide the data necessary to conclude such a contract, the Administrator will refuse to conclude it, due to an inability to perform it

Your personal dents will be stored until the tax liability period expires, unless tax laws provide otherwise.
Documents related to complaints will be stored for one year from the end of the complaint process. Documents obtained from reservation systems will be stored for a period of three years.

Confirmation of the reservation is through a deposit of 30% of the booking value into our bank account. The advance is non-returnable.
Luxury Houses & Apartments Zaliński
In the interest of a successful holiday for you and other guests, please read a few rules that apply in our facility.
Hotel day:
“Luxury Houses & Apartments Zaliński” cottage is rented for days.
The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Leaving the cottage after 11 am on the day of departure will incur a fee for another day.
The owner will collect the keys from guests at checkout.
The basis for checking in is presenting an ID card or passport.
Payment for the stay:
1. Payment for the stay must be made on arrival in cash.
2. Payment of the deposit and thus making an effective booking means the acceptance of the booking conditions specified in these regulations by the person making the booking.
3. Failure to use the entire stay by the guest as a result of a later arrival or earlier departure than indicated in the booking does not result in a reduction in the payment for the service.
4.“Luxury Houses & Apartments Zaliński” takes into account the wishes of the guest to extend the stay, if possible, and if free rooms are available.
Requests and comments:
In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them to the landlord as soon as possible, which will enable the immediate reaction and clarification of the situation.
Parking:
We offer a free, unguarded car park. The owners of the facility are not responsible for any of the parked cars or the property in them.
Rooms, cleanliness and private sphere:
When we hand over the key to your room, you become the host of the place. You may not disturb the stay of other guests with your behaviour. The owner of the facility may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
Only registered persons may stay in “Luxury Houses & Apartments Zaliński.”
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the facility caused by their fault.
Fire safety:
Due to the comfort of you and our future guests as well as fire safety, smoking is prohibited in the building. Please do not smoke in the rooms under any circumstances.
Pets:
We like animals very much, but unfortunately we do not allow them to stay in our accommodation. Things left behind:
Things left behind:
Personal belongings left by any departing Guest will be sent back at the Guest's expense to the address provided. In the event of not receiving the instruction, these items will be destroyed.
